Forums Rebuilt and Modding Restarted

Well I finally got some free time on my hands and I spent that recovering the forum posts from the old database. The downside is they all appear to be posted by me, but that is ok, since I wanted to save the content, which is the upside.

I have also started work on maintaining my Tribes mods again and adding new things to them. The gaming group I am part of will be testing out the changes for T1 and T2 during our next LAN party. I will also be working on another mod, though I have yet to decide what to add it yet, so ideas are welcome. I was getting bored and wanted to break into modding again.

I also want to try my hand at some other games for mods, so please let me know some games that you would like to see a mod for.

Duke Nukem Forever

Well after many years of teasing the gaming world, one of the most classic FPS games appears to be alive and well. A new Duke Nukem game has been in the works for years and during this long period of time many little teasers from vids to pics have surfaced. Of course that only left the majority of us wondering when it would be released.

Well we are still wondering when it will come to the shelf for us to get our hands on, but 3D Realms has released a new teaser trailer to continue keeping us on the hook. Take a look at the trailer and see what you think.

Also good history of the Duke Nukem genre has been complied and is ready for everyone to read. Check it out at the Shack News site.

Anarchy Site Update

Well the Anarchy Mods site is alive again! It took some time and a rebuild of the server and during all of that we moved to the new Web Community application created by Blaze Apps.

This new web site software allows us to provide a site that has a lot features for the users.

The down side is, all of the original user accounts and forum posts were lost. I am in the process of trying to recover those items at this time.

As far as mods are concerned, well all of the original Tribes mods will be back up for use soon as well as all of the content related to the mods.

I will be looking at some other games soon to begin mods on. Some of the ones I am looking at now are Joint Operations and Battlefield. Another one on the horizon is Ascension. It is a free game that is being produced by some of the peeps that created the Renegades mods for Tribes.

Any stayed tuned for updates as the site is reloaded with content for you to use.
